Sometimes I feel like a turtle
Hiding in it's shell
So that I can't see
Them staring at me
Yet I can always tell.
They want me to open up to the crowd
By simply sticking my little head out
But then, oh how I'd feel so prone
And worse off than when I was alone
In this glass cage lacking privacy; full of doubt.

Was anti-social with my parents today and the whole time they were trying to talk to me, I was mentally composing this poem. . .
